Many people prefer to build their own bicycle trailer. Our DIY Kit allows you the complete freedom to make the trailer exactly the size and style you want it. And now, our NEW high-walled kit allows you to adjust the height of the trailer as well!
The kit comes with two 50.8 cm high-quality alloy wheels with stainless steel spokes and precision ground bearings, push button axles, axle receivers, corner connectors, 30 of 6 mm x 5 cm and 8 of 1.9 cm x 0.64 cm machine screws with lock nuts, bent tow bar with trailer hitch, and bike hitch with pin.
It includes the a 81.3 cm long piece of 2.24 cm square aluminium tubing and 2.2 cm steel reinforcement tubing for the main axle. This will allow you to build a trailer up to 76.2 cm wide. Our recommended trailer box width is 56 cm, which will require you to trim the length of both tubes.
It does NOT include square frame tubing, floor, or self tapping screws. We suggest 2.54 cm x 0.2 cm wall square aluminium tubing or steel for extra heavy loads and 7.6 cm plywood for the floor and o.6 cm for the walls. Any reputable hardware store will have what you need to complete your project. Tubing should be about $3 to $4.00/foot in small quantities.

Let us know if you would like to return your trailer and we will send you the address labels. Products also have a one year parts and labor warranty and lifetime on the frame to the original owner.
