Notre chariot de portage ultra-léger (anciennement appelé chariot de kayak) est idéal pour tirer un kayak ou une planche de pagaie/surf à la main. Si vous avez besoin d'un chariot ultra-léger, sans ensemble de remorquage, ou si vous souhaitez commander le remorquage séparément, c'est le chariot qu'il vous faut.
Le chariot se glisse sous votre kayak et dispose de deux supports pliables et rembourrés. Notre design ultra-léger est composé d'aluminium et de roues de vélo de 40,6 cm qui peuvent être rapidement retirées pour le stockage. Le chariot peut également être utilisé pour le portage ou pour tirer le bateau à la main. Il peut transporter un maximum de 34 kg derrière un vélo ou 45 kg s'il est tiré à la main. Le chariot maintient le bateau au-dessus des roues, de sorte qu'il peut contenir un bateau de n'importe quelle largeur (ce qui peut être idéal pour les canoës sur des chemins plus étroits), cependant, les bateaux plus larges et plus lourds seront lourds et bancaux. (Une taille plus large qui conviendra aux canoës est en cours de développement !). Ce chariot maintient le canot à 43 cm du sol, mais l'axe est à 15 cm du sol.

Smart Stick - 80,00 $CA
Our Smart Stick is ideal for pulling a kayak, canoe or paddle/surf board behind your bicycle. It consists of a seat post hitch which bolts on to your seat post (the hitch will fit on seat posts from 1" to 1.5" (25 mm - 38 mm) in diameter) and a 27" aluminium extension tube that reaches above and behind the rear wheel of your bicycle to connect to your boat. Your boat or board must have a bow handle, bow ring or bowline to tie the boat to the end of the Smart Stick. When using the Smart Stick the pivot is at the bow of the boat, so it will be difficult to keep the boat straight behind the bike if you stand on your pedals, pump hard, and swing your bike from side to side. Please remain seated when using the Smart Stick.
I just wanted to let you know that I love your company, your service, and your products! I ordered my kayak trailer over the weekend, and it was at my door by Wednesday. (Thanks for your email that gave me the expected arrival day along with the tracking number. That bit of info was very much appreciated!) When I pulled the trailer out of the box, I found it extremely easy to put together. And, I love the fact that I can load my kayak on it by myself. This is the best ever solution for those who kayak solo! I am able to use the trailer to slide the kayak in and out of storage. And hitching it to my bike was so easy: I only noticed a difference when I was biking up a slight incline because the incline made me feel the weight of the kayak. But that's to be expected. Altogether, I love how this bike trailer frees me from trying to load the kayak on top of my car. And, the fact that I can use it as a cart as well, to get my kayak down to the shore and then back up again is an added bonus! I am in love with your trailer! Thank you so much for a great product!
I did have a bit of trouble getting the tab pin to unlock so I could hitch my kayak to the bike, but a handy-dandy screw driver got me the leverage I needed. I'm told the pin will loosen up a bit with use. Until then, I'll need to keep a screw driver handy. But that's a small price to pay for the independent use of the kayak. Thanks again for taking the time to answer my questions before I ordered. You make such a great product!
