Wanneer de teruggebrachte Wike bij onze fabriek is ontvangen, betalen wij de aanschafsprijs terug. Wij betalen jouw verzendkosten niet terug. Producten hebben garantie van één jaar op onderdelen en arbeid en een levenslange garantie op het frame voor de oorspronkelijke eigenaar.

In the case that you loose or break a part, it is easy for us to send you a replacement. Simply send a picture showing the missing/broken part to wike@wike.ca.
