A high-sided bicycle trailer kit that you create yourself
Our High-Sided DIY Bike Trailer Kit allows you the complete freedom to make your bicycle trailer to whatever dimension or volume you require!
The kit comes with two 20" high-quality alloy wheels with stainless steel spokes and precision ground bearings, push button axles, axle receivers, corner connectors, 30 of 1/4-20 x 1.75" and 8 of 3/4" x 1/4" machine screws with lock nuts, bent tow bar with trailer hitch, and bike hitch with pin.
It does NOT include 1" square frame tubing, floor, or self tapping screws. We suggest 1" x 1/16" wall square aluminum tubing or steel for extra heavy loads and 3/8" plywood for the floor and 1/4" for the walls. Any reputable hardware store will have what you need to complete your project. Tubing should be about $3 to $4.00/foot in small quantities.

We do not have a an instructional video for the new 2021 kit model but old video of the old model is similar except that there are pockets in the four corners to receive the four vertical posts to create the sides.

Let us know if you would like to return your trailer and we will send you the address labels. Products also have a one year parts and labor warranty and lifetime on the frame to the original owner.
